Gilad will make his Washington, DC area debut this summer, joining the Maryland Lyric Opera for their performances of Gounod’s Shakespearean opera. He will be reprising the role of Juliet’s hot-headed cousin, which he debuted in 2013 with the St. Petersburg Opera company (pictured on the left, photo by Alyx Hesser).
